Financial and Commercial Law Practice
The Lewis Law Group, LLC Financial and Commercial Practice focuses upon general representation of lending and commercial institutions in all facets of banking and commercial law. LLG has a successful commercial and banking trial practice at all levels of state and federal courts in South Carolina, having managed numerous cases over the years representing individual and commercial clients in matters involving such federal statutes as the Truth-in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and their implementing regulations, as well as matters involving the South Carolina Consumer Protection Code and the South Carolina Uniform Commercial Code. LLG also provides institutional clients with general counseling, document preparation, and document analysis with respect to diverse transactional issues that arise on day to day basis.
